Faculties :

The school has a faculty of 83,among whom 12 are professors and associate professors,63 are with doctorate and master’s degrees.There are engineer,economist,ost-estimation engineer, building technician,engineering designer,comprehensive inspector and so on,who are called the lecturers with double-fielded majors,and the number is 9. In recent 3 years, the lecturers of this school have joined and completed more than 70 research projects at provincial and municipal level; published more than 170 academic articles, more than 20 monograohs and text books; and obtained more than 80 authorized patents.

Experimental Labs and Bases:

The school has 30 in-campus training rooms and studios, and  has established the cooperation relationships with considerable number of companies, such as the Urban Planning and Designing Academy,the landscape engineering companies,decoration companies,advertising media agencies,exhibition agencies, and realestate development enterprises.It also established 35 off-campus training bases, which give much assistance to the teaching and scientific researching of the school.

Undergraduates:

The school pays much attention to the training of students outside class teachings. The students has established many societies associated with their majors, such as theYiJia Meiyuan Association,the Landscape Design Association,the Art of Handicraft Association,the Cartoon Association,the Photographing Club,the Calligraphy and Painting Club and Jiujiu Artistic Community.
