Faculties:

A team with 69 faculty staff members has been built, including 58 full-time teachers with 3 professors, 15 associate professors and 24 senior lecturers, among whom 1 has doctorate degree and 57 have master’s degree, and 16 have"double-senior-typed lecturers", 17 lecturers have overseas study experience. There are three provincial leading lecturers of research and technology entitled by Henan Provincial Education Department, two outstanding experts of social science at the Xinyang administrative level. Two lecturers won the first prize in Henan Provincial Teaching Competition. In recent years, the faculty members have published 269 academic papers and 9 monographs, hosted and completed 13 provincial-level projects and 126 municipal-level projects and won 39 first-class awards at municipal level.

Experimental Labs and Bases:

The school has a business administration training center, including five on-campus training rooms for information technology innovation, e-commerce operation, e-commerce big data, smart logistics and new media marketing, and two on-campus practical teaching bases for collaborative education of Shunfeng and Runshi. The school has established school-enterprise cooperation training bases with more than ten enterprises, such as Runshi E-commerce, Henan SF Express and JD Logistics.

Undergraduates:

In the past three years, with high employment rate and high satisfactory positions, the employment rate of graduates reaches as high as 94% on average.
